Shipping Information

We deliver Australia-wide from our Osborne Park warehouse in Perth. Freight cost and lead time varies depending on where you are — Use the delivery checker at the top of every page to see the shipping costs and lead times for your address.

Perth metro

Flat-rate delivery is available to most Perth metropolitan postcodes, typically within 2–5 business days of ordering. If you need something sooner or would just rather pick up, same day click-and-collect from our Osborne Park warehouse is available on most orders free of charge.

Regional Western Australia

We deliver to local depots across the South-West, Great Southern, Mid-West, Goldfields, and Pilbara regions which you can then collect from. Rates and lead times vary — The delivery checker gives you the exact flat rate fee for your postcode and provides the lead time information along with your closest depot address.

Interstate

We ship to all mainland states via our freight partners. Interstate lead times are typically up to 10 business days depending on the destination. Tracking details are emailed to you when your order dispatches.

Depot Collection Policy

• Please inspect goods on arrival and note any transit damage then contact us straight away with images and a description. Damage reported after the products have been loaded/transported by you (such as taking them from the depot back to your property) will not be covered under warranty.
• You must have a suitable vehicle to be able to collect the freight and transport it safely from the depot otherwise the depot has the right to refuse the collection.

Pickup

Free pickup is available from our Osborne Park warehouse Mon–Fri 10am–4pm.
